Further to our discussions regarding ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT as per your specification we have immense pleasure in submitting our proposal for the same
REPLACEMENT OF PART AND MAINTENACE
v In case of malfunctioning parts are not repairable, the same shall be brought to the notice of the customer immediately.
v The customer reserves the right to either procure the parts himself or ask “DOCTOR.01” for the supply of the same, for which a separate bill shall be raised by “DOCTOR.01”.
v Any number of break-down calls shall be attended.
v Services shall be rendered only during office hours.
CONTRACT
v Contract covers all parts of computer and peripherals Other than monitor picture tube and printer head.
v Incase the malfunction parts are not repairable on site, the same parts shall be brought to our service center for rectification and subsequently reinstalled or stand by shall be provided incase the further delay.
v Incase the defectives or malfunctioning parts/ peripherals is irreparable, a replacement shall be provided.
v However, the replacement parts/ peripherals shall not be of the same brand name or make or model as the existing parts/ peripherals.
We DOCTOR.01 have some of the offers for AMC to the customers and they are mentioned as below
v For five years of AMC- One year of AMC is free of COST
v For three years of AMC- Six months of AMC is free of COST
v For every AMC, we do an original Antivirus Software is free of COST
TERMS & CONDITIONS – ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
PAYMENT
v 100% Advance at the time of signing the contract
DURATION
v 12 Months from the date of contract.
SYSTEM CONDITION
v System and Peripheral is to be working condition at the time of signing the contract.
v If any malfunction is detected prior to entering the contract the same shall be rectified at extra cost.
v DOCTOR.01 will not be responsible for any loss of DATA corruption in the Hard Disk or any other Media.
v The client is advised to take Data Backup at regular intervals to avoid such situations.
v DOCTOR.01 is not responsible for any occurrence of Virus in the Hard Disk or any other Media.
v However it is advised that the client uses only licensed Software/ Packages to avoid unpleasntary.
